Keeping Fit
Geoffrey is in the garden doing exercises to prepare for a race he's running in for charity, but Zippy thinks he's being silly doing so much training. Then Bungle, George and Zippy join in with some exercises too, but Zippy isn't very fit and hurts his neck. Rod, Jane and Freddy sing "Keeping Fit". Jane reads the story of "Monty and The Gymnasium".
