Bungle is doing lots of running in the garden as he wants to get fit, but Zippy and George are eating biscuits. Bungle ends up overdoing his running and gets very tired. Then everyone has lunch but Bungle only has a few peas on his plate and thinks he needs to go on a diet. Geoffrey convinces him to eat more food and wants Zippy and George not to eat too many sugary foods. ippy and George feel sick as they've eaten too much and Bungle's hungry. Bungle then does some more exercise, but struggles weightlifting. Geoffrey does some exercises such as weightlifting and press ups but struggles doing them.
